Multiple Shipments

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly for the most up-to-date delivery information
  3. Wait 3 business days, as carriers occasionally update tracking prematurely

Damaged Items During Shipping
