Common Questions
Where is my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.
Can I change or cancel my order? Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that window, your order may already be in processing. Email us immediately at support@shirtluma.com with your order number if you need to make a change.
My item arrived damaged or with missing parts. What do I do? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or resolution at no cost to you.
Can I return an item? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Do your appliances work with US voltage? All electric appliances in our store are rated for standard US voltage (110–120V, 60Hz) unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please check the specifications section before ordering if you are outside the US.
My appliance is not heating evenly. What should I do? First, ensure the appliance has fully preheated — most models require 3–5 minutes. If the issue persists, contact us with your order number and a short description or video of the problem and we will troubleshoot with you.
