📦 Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to process my order? All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
How long will delivery take? For US orders, standard delivery takes 5–8 business days after processing. Expedited (3–5 days) and Express (1–2 days) options are available at checkout. International orders typically take 7–21 business days depending on destination. See our Shipping Policy for a full breakdown by region.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the email is sent. You can track your order via our Order Tracking page or directly on the carrier's website.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided processing has not yet started. After that window, we cannot guarantee changes. Email us immediately at support@shirtluma.com with your order number if you need to make a change.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery estimates vary by region. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Will I be charged customs duties or import taxes? International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total at checkout. Shirtluma has no control over these charges.
My order shows "Delivered" but I have not received it. What should I do? First, check with neighbors and your building's mailroom or front desk. Then contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If your package is still missing after 3 business days, email us at support@shirtluma.com with your order number and we will assist you.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging with all parts and accessories included. See our full Refund Policy for eligibility details.
How do I start a return? Email support@shirtluma.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and send return instructions if approved. Do not ship items back without prior approval.
Who pays for return shipping? If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Shirtluma covers return shipping. If you are returning for change of mind or ordered the wrong model, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
How long does a refund take? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
Can I exchange my appliance for a different model? We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do not process exchanges for change of mind or model preference. Contact us at support@shirtluma.com with your order number and photos of the issue if you need an exchange.
My item arrived with missing parts. What should I do? Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shirtluma.com with your order number, photos of what was received, and a description of what is missing. Once confirmed, we will send the missing parts or provide a suitable resolution at no cost.
⚡ Product & Technical Questions
What voltage do your appliances use? All electric appliances in our store are rated for standard US voltage — 110V to 120V, 60Hz — unless otherwise specified on the product page. If you are ordering from outside the US, please check the voltage and frequency specifications listed on the individual product page before purchasing. Using an appliance with incompatible voltage without a proper converter may damage the unit and will void any return eligibility.
Do I need to preheat my appliance before use? Yes. Most electric waffle makers, donut makers, and sandwich presses require a preheat time of 3–5 minutes before the first use. The indicator light or temperature dial will signal when the appliance has reached the correct operating temperature. Skipping preheat can result in uneven cooking or sticking.
My appliance is not heating evenly. What should I do? First, confirm the appliance has fully preheated. For waffle makers, allow 4–5 minutes before loading batter. If uneven heating continues, check that the unit is placed on a flat, stable surface and that the lid closes firmly. If the issue persists after two or three uses, contact us at support@shirtluma.com with your order number and a short video showing the problem.
How do I prevent food from sticking to the plates? Most appliances in our catalog feature non-stick coated plates. For best results, lightly brush the plates with neutral oil or spray with non-stick cooking spray before the first use and after cleaning. Avoid using metal utensils on non-stick surfaces as this can damage the coating.
Can I put the plates or drip tray in the dishwasher? This varies by product. Please refer to the cleaning instructions in the product description or the manual included with your appliance. As a general rule, non-stick plates should be hand washed with warm soapy water and a soft cloth to preserve the coating. Never submerge the main unit in water.
What is the difference between home use and commercial grade models? Home use models in our catalog are typically rated between 700W and 1000W, designed for 1–4 servings per batch and occasional daily use. Commercial grade models are rated 1300W–1750W, feature heavier plates and faster heat recovery, and are designed for continuous high-volume output. If you are running a food stall, café, or market booth, we recommend models labeled "Commercial" in the product title.
Does the waffle cone maker come with a shaper roller? It depends on the model. Some cone makers include a shaper roller and the product page will list this under "Package Includes." If you need a cone shaper and it is not included, we carry a separate Waffle Cone Maker with Shaper Roller.
Are the stovetop models compatible with induction cooktops? Please check the individual product page for compatibility. Cast iron and certain stainless steel stovetop models may be induction compatible, while aluminum pans typically are not. The product specifications section will state the compatible heat sources.
Can I use my waffle maker to make things other than waffles? Yes — many customers use their waffle makers for hash browns, grilled sandwiches, brownies, cinnamon rolls, and other batter-based foods. Results will vary depending on the plate design and temperature settings of your model. We recommend experimenting on low-to-medium heat for non-standard recipes.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely at checkout.
Is your checkout secure? Yes. Our store uses SSL encryption across all pages and checkout is powered by Shopify's secure payment infrastructure. We do not store your payment details.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order? Only one discount code can be applied per order at checkout.
I entered the wrong email at checkout. Will I still receive my order confirmation? If you entered an incorrect email, you may not receive your confirmation or tracking email. Contact us at support@shirtluma.com with your name, approximate order time, and shipping address and we will locate your order and update your contact details.
🛠️ After-Sales & Warranty
Do your products come with a warranty? Yes. All electric appliances sold by Shirtluma carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal residential use. The warranty covers internal component failure, heating element defects, and non-stick coating separation not caused by misuse. It does not cover damage from incorrect voltage, physical mishandling, or failure to follow operating instructions.
How do I make a warranty claim? Email support@shirtluma.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos or a short video showing the issue. Our team will review your claim within 1–2 business days and advise on next steps.
My appliance stopped working after a few uses. Is this covered? If the appliance stops functioning under normal use within the warranty period, please contact us with your order number and a description of what happened. We will assess whether the issue is covered and arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
What happens if my appliance is damaged during shipping? Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your appliance arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage and the outer packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
